HOW TO JOIN

AECH membership criteria includes:

  1. Full service hotels defined as operating food and beverage facilities and having a minimum of 4000 square feet of meeting space.
  2. Must be within the boundaries of the Alberta Capital Region.
  3. Must participate in the monthly survey of occupancies and average rates and submit data by the third business day.
  4. Must participate in the Edmonton Advantage Program.
  5. Must be represented at a minimum of 50% of the meetings by the General Manager or their designate.
  6. Must be current on their dues; presently $1.00 per available room or $150, whichever is greater.
  7. Must host a meeting on a rotating basis including a luncheon at no charge.
